1. Digital Delivery Only
TimelyUI products are digital downloads. We do not ship physical items. Delivery occurs electronically through your account and/or email.
2. When You Receive Access
- Most purchases unlock immediately after successful payment confirmation.
- In some cases, payment providers may take additional time to confirm (minutes to hours).
3. How Delivery Works
You can access your downloads by:
- Signing into your TimelyUI account and visiting your downloads page
- Using download links provided in the purchase confirmation email (if applicable)
4. Email Delivery
We send receipts and access instructions to the email used at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
5. Download Limits & Availability
- We may enforce reasonable download limits to prevent abuse.
- We aim to keep products available, but access may be temporarily limited due to maintenance or outages.
6. Common Delivery Issues
If you’re not receiving access, common causes include:
- Payment not fully confirmed yet
- Wrong email used during checkout
- Email in spam/junk folder
- Browser caching or extensions interfering
